3. 64 oz. diet coke (i know, so unhealthy...)
4. cucumber (20)

tomorrow (being 300) will hopefully be easy. today was hard. i'm starving. but i can't give up!

the diet.

Emi and Sasha are doing a new thing called the Challenge diet.

starting tomorrow, we are going to have a daily workout/food regimen until June 31.
Then in July we will change the diet, and so on and so forth.
This is to keep us from bingeing and give us a chance to finally lose this gross weight.
On the sidebar is a June calendar and every day has a certain amount of caloric intake.
There will be links to the daily workout, and the list of foods we are not allowed to eat, at the top of our blog page.

Emi is in charge of food, Sasha is in charge of the workout.

We're doing this for motivation. we can do it!
